Looking back at some of those videos, it looks like Dooley is trying to act like a coach. He moves around from drill to drill clapping his hands. Butch is a coach. Nuff said. Go Vols. Beat Austin Peay.

The past is the past. We are moving forward. Smashing Dooley or anyone else is pointless really. If you have a compliment for someone, give it to them. Butch is killing it right now. That should be good enough.

Well of course not. Not at this point. But hopefully the difference in the games will be as noticeable as the difference in the practice.

I'm certainly not trying to smash or degrade. I just thought I would point our the dramatic difference. Many of us, including me, thought our previous coach could be the answer. I think we found out he was a good man, but not an experienced head coach. I wish Dooley nothing but the best. Nevertheless, I see a huge difference in culture between Dooley and Jones.

The only thing that will matter are w/l if they dont happen early on cbj will lose support very early next season. Cdd was a joke n thank god he is gone and for the sake of the university cbj has to be an upgrade.. I support tn football not so much the coach.. he is employed to win n that's it.

Early on? How early? Are you gonna want to storm the hill if he loses to Oregon and Florida? I say give the man time to build. It's gonna take more than one year. He's doing very good things, including a great head start in recruiting. Patience my friend.

No two coach`s are exactly alike. Look at video`s of every coach in the SEC and you will see different cultures.

Even if the Dooley haters don`t want to admit it.....Geez, just forget it.
