I Want To Know Why

after weeks of horrible and nonexistent play from Cameron Tatum, we have yet to hear either a quote from him about his play or a quote from pearl about it. Dooley isnt afraid to call out the players if they are playing bad, why is bruce? I at least want to hear some kind of excuse as to why he is playing this way or why he is still starting and logging so many worthless minutes.

He missed free throws in Gainesville, has not been the same since. He is Tennessee 3rd scorer. Pearl hopes he can fight his way back to where he was. He needs to score 10 to 15 pts a game for TN to be successful.:whistling:

He is one player that has gotten worse as year has gone by We really need him to start playing better if we are going to have a chance to advance in tourney if we make it

During the BP show last night Bruce mentioned scotty and Tobias playing well but different players not contributing by mentioning their names, he did not name (cam). intresting i thought

i just looked up Tatum's stats. they are kind of interesting. He is averaging 9.4 points per game. In his last 10 games, he has scored in double digits 5 times. In the last 5 games he has scored in double digits once. Its like he does everything in spurts. He will have spurts of double digit games then spurts of single digit. After looking at this, i am more inclined to think he suffers slumps and doesnt necessarily need to be benched. also that may be why Bruce isnt saying anything about his play.

Maybe Bruce has no hope of him contributing, he watches him in practice more than we do . Maybe Cam is not as good as some thought , not me of course. I have never thought he was a legitimate player. He may be our third best scorer but look at the competition ( that Bruce will put on the floor. I for one have seen enough to say bring on mcray , at least I can be hopeful about what we might get as opposed to depressed over what we are getting from Cam. I also think we could take a paige out of Nick Sabans book and offer 1 year scholarships, That way we would not be stuck with the same Bad players for so long.

Cameron is simply terrible, no hustle, seems as if he doesn't care, wish he would take a seat beside Summit and let Mcray in the game

All D-1 athletic scholarships are 1-year scholarships.

He takes horrible shots. He's supposed to be a shoot first guy, but that isn't working. Tennessee would be worlds better right now if they had a true point guard. All these guys are taking shots that are harder than they should be.

When you play the Star system basketball, you can have too many stars. Right now the twinkle is on Scotty and Tobias. My opinion Cam star is not lit and is not needed by Bruce!
