Not the best way to present his case.

In the end, anyone that voted for TARP can only blame themselves - in a sense they were misled because the original mechanism was not ultimately what was done. However, they voted to give Paulson and Co. an unrestricted check for $700 billion.

He be better off saying what he thought TARP should have done instead of saying he was misled.

I sure hope the people of Arizona wake up, and vote for JD, McCain is dem light. We need to make sure these RINOs are voted out along with the liberals.

paulsen's book basically said mccain was the least savy politician he met when it came to the buyout and the financial system. well below palin btw.

There is a reason McCain graduated at the bottom of his Naval Academy class and a reason he needed powerful dad to keep him employed thereafter.

I'm not sure Hayworth is a better option but McCain definitely provided a softball for him to use.

well whoever was running had to run at the tail end of the really unpopular Bush

kinda funny actually, I never saw a party candidate try to distance himself from the party's current prez like i had w/ McCain and Bush
