I was totally shocked at the game last night. I could not believe how slow the OSU front seven were. They looked as if they were running in quick sand! When the Turds set up to flood right or left the linebackers would be 5 steps late every time. Leak was hitting the flats and slants with ZERO pressure because he had ALLNIGHT. On the other side the OSU line was baffled by the turds speed from all defensive positions. I fell for the hype. I thought OSU would hammer the turds but the turds killed them. Michigan looked slow against USC but I thought maybe they were just flat because they thought they were ripped of.

I find that crow is best served fried or BBQ.

If only you were willing to admit you are wrong when it comes to important things...like the UT program.:birgits_giggle:

I'm sorry. I saw the topic title and thought you had finally come to grips with reality regarding Haystacks. Never mind.

Volbeef, if its any consolation, we were all wrong. Including me.

And in this particular case I am delighted at my ignorance.

If you are always delighted at your own ignorance, you must be one of the happiest people on the planet.

Context, my friend. Context. I said "...in this case."

While I confess ignorance in many areas, nothing pleases me more than to have been wrong about this.

Very big of you to admit you were wrong. I got beat up by several folks concerning my belief that UF would win the game big (44-14 was my prediction by the way). Not only did I think UF would win, but I firmly believed and still believe that UT would beat OSU as well. Just as Troy Smith was an overhyped QB, OSU was a grossly overhyped team.
