It sounds like a hollow motto for the program when Dooley basically gave up recruiting players that could have turned this program around.

Butch Jones may never win the SEC, but he will show the players and fans the level of commitment required to win at that level. I seriously doubt any player, parent, or HS coach will question CBJ's commitment.

Dooley quit on the program, which is why his players quit on him....game after game. Those days are over.

Preach it Brotha-- I couldn't agree more.... this guy, no matter what, is gonna fight to the end and there isn't any "quit" in his DNA. :good!:

This is the type of post I enjoy reading when I sign in to Volnation.....Not some stupid person making a statement about converting O.Lineman to D.lineman...Not understanding that the type of footwork needed for both positions are different....:good!:

I'm for putting Tiny at linebacker and Neal to DE for pass rushing

Coach Jones will get it done, on first when we got him I was a little let down but after watching him work, and he wont quit plus he really wonts to be here makes me think great things are ahead for Vols fans.

Right, blame it all on Dooley, just like you did Fulmer..

You people are the most embarrassing excuse for a fan base in America.

The man has a level of fire inside of him we haven't seen in a long time here

Hate to do it. But we as fans haven't seen him do anything. Just talking on twitter that he is putting in work. No proof but North, a te that's really good at volleyball, and a good fisting.

I believe Jones is a hard nosed type of guy with hard work ethic, not based on his twitter account. Now, if he is as good at coaching as he is at motivational speaking we might have a chance to be relevant again. I like his fire and passion hope it translate to the team. I'm holding my breath before i get to high up on Jones.

Fulmer won UT a championship; Dooley led UT through the most embarrassing point in its history.

GTFO with that.
