Would space out the good games. Like give top game of the week the 7pm slot, second best game 2:30, and third best the 11am. I've been stuck watching kans st vs Texas at 11, ky vs msu right now. There are about five games I'd like to watch starting at 6:15 - 7:00. Argggggggh!

It's about ratings competition. Every network wants the most eyeballs on their game, and they know the later times in the day get them higher numbers.

College football would have to, like, reform itself into a single NFL-like entity and make deals with less networks (with those deals coming with greater restrictions in airing) to create something like that...

...And that still probably wouldn't work because of the number of games in a given weekend.
