Siap. Ok this is my first thread. So go easy on me. But I want to clarify that I want gruden but just give us something else to talk about. All the talk about Andy Reid gettin the boot in Philly,makes me think could he be a possibility ? Not very familiar with him but I know he got to three straight NFC championships. He's a big name right? What say ye volnation

It's an upgrade over what we got on The Hill now, that's for dang sure.

Andy Reid is a great coach, he has a horrible O-line and Vick as QB who is going down hill. If he is fired, another NFL team will pick him up pretty quick.

He would go be an OC for a year or two in hopes of landing another NFL job IMO.

He is pretty much a lifer in the league. Been with Philly 13 years and may be the longest tenured coach currently. Seems I heard that the other day.

Once the Gruden talk kicked in, all anybody even thinks about are NFL coaches. Are you guys just super delusional, or did you think we were getting bumped up a division to the NFL?

Yea I know he's an nfl. It's a risk I know. I was just thinking about the name. His name could recruit. I know we need a proven college coach. But I was thinking about him be known by recruits

People here are already talking about if Payton leaves that we should go after Andy Reid. If the Eagles do indeed let him go, he'll hop over to another NFL team next year.

On point! Gruden would have been awesome but its not a race to get any NFL coach. We need a college guy outside the Gruden dream that is all but over.

Yea. I'm sure Reid will be over an nfl team no matter. Was tryin to take my mind off the disappointment if gruden doesn't come here. Don't hurt to have a conversation bout a nfl coach. That's what message boards are for right

Don't think he gets fired regardless. If he does, there are about 6 NFL teams that would be beating down the door for him.

Would you guys be happy if someone like Reid was hired? I think I would be torn cause he's not proven at college level. I think we all can agree that we all want what's best for our vols. I'm ready for the days when I can talk smack to my friends. They are fair weather Florida fans. It's just annoying cause everyone I talk to or sees me wearing my orange, they say sorry your a Tennessee fan. And I live in Memphis. It's just crazy to me that so many here HATE the vols.

Doesn't hurt. Him even considering the Vols would be totally out of left field though.

I also think he is a lousy coach.

He won't commit to the running game despite having one of the better RB's in the league in McCoy.

And he made a horrible decision to hire a DC with very limited experience actually being as DC. Sound familiar?

Andy Reid would immediately have another nfl hc job in his lap the day after he is fired if that happens. Chiefs, chargers etc would jump all over him

He will be fired and Vick is not the one to blame in this.
