I do have to say one thing the quality of coaches on this search as opposed to the last one is a lot better than when Mike Hamilton conducted both of his searches. I do think that Hart may already have his guy and that they are clearing up some red tape. I just hope we hear something before Christmas.

What this guy said. I'm not one of those who will be devastated if anyone other than Gruden is hired. But Gruden aside, there are a number of more qualified HC's we should be able to get over Jones.

Guys don't panic. I'm gonna take the job. I'm just waiting on the check from Hart to clear. Chaney will still be OC. And i'm stealing Muschamp away from Florida. T is coming from USC. And i didn't want to let this out of the bag until after Christmas. But i got Kiffin to agree to be an assistant. Vols will be back on top next year.

We have seen a 2nd tier coach in action, if Hart screws this hire up UT is set back for years to come. Hart is also expendable ! :hi:
