as a true freshman who enters the game sporadically, Tebow is able to be much more effective than if he were in the entire game, IMO. Yes, he looks promising as hell, but 2 things would concern me if I were a Gator fan...(1) running QB's, as we all know, are highly vulnerable to injury..especially ones that don't slide. (2) the more he is in games, the more predictable that little roll run through the middle will become. He is a great looking QB so far, but a few conference starts will prob bring him down to earth quite a bit. That said, I'd be proud to have him wearing orange & white.Tebow would start from now on. Period
If I was Urban Meyer, I'd shoot Tebow and then shoot myself!
I thought that switching Tebow and Leak between downs might have thrown off Leak's rhythm. You know the 2-qb system would get them eventually.
That's just silly. Do you not see how good this team is going to be next year? Tebow is getting invaluable experience and you can alreayd see that he's got tremendous talent. Next year, with all of the tough games at home (except LSU), Florida will be very highly ranked preseason.
Possible. In the end, I just think Leak is not tough enough for SEC football.
