Boyd plays on a much better team. He is a very good QB, but Bray is better IMO. Boyd is also better suited for the spread offense that he plays in than for the UT offense. QB is not a position where UT needs to be worrying about what could have been. Kiffin got us a great QB. The decision helped out both teams and it was the best thing for Boyd as well. End of story. I wish him success, but I do not lose sleep because Kiffin actually did something good while he was in Knoxville.

We wouldn't consider playing Boyd over Bray, ever. Kid throws to areas of the files and has played a bunch of garbage. Their freshman is the best player in the conference from day 1.

It helps a lot to have a burner who can pick up YAC, and also a top 3 TE in the country.
