Gundy's the best coach on that list. He should have been in the NC game last season. With Fisher, we at least get the splash of taking a coach from FSU. Strong is next for me; I think he could get us to an average of nine wins per season, which would improve the program at this point. Fedora had 3 seasons at USM that were no better or worse than the longtime coach they fired before nailing the 12-2 campaign that got him the UNC job. He's only been there one season, and it was right on par with UNC's previous four seasons. So, Fedora's track record, so far, shows that he comes in and maintains the program's current level of success for a few years before making a jump. If he comes here, I would hope that doesn't mean three seasons of 5-6 wins, because he may not even see Year 4 if it goes that way.
