It's crazy, but Trey Burke leaving may be the best case of Simmons' Ewing Theory yet. Derrick Walton looks like a natural. The returning starters (GR3/Stauskas/McGary is injured but returns soon) all have improved. Best ball movement yet under Beilein. Defense might be better, which is critical. Regardless of opponent quality, the team has the talent/coaching to return to the Final Four.
