If this happens against Cal, I'll probably blow a gasket!

While watching the MTSU/FIU game in person last night, amongst the aroma of burgers and hotdogs and seated in the liquor section :) , FIU was dominating the game until third and long, a FIU player sacked the MTSU QB in the backfield then started making gyrations. He got a celebration penalty, ultimately MTSU got the keep the ball instead of having to punt it and they went on to score and won the game by 1.Basically one mental mistake turned the whole game around. The D coaches were ticked off at that guy, pulled him out of the game, put him in much later.I bet he fills like a heel today. Then I thought about all the stupid redundant penalties UT had last year that cost us games.:realmad:

ya, i hate that. when they make a big play they should act like they've done that before. sure high fives n a chest bump are ok, but not this whole dancin/taunting stuff. i use to hate when someone on the other team would get a dunk and start yellin and beating their chests like monkeys. if we did that after we dunked our coach would chew us. i was chewed one game after i dunked and got fouled. he ran me the rest of the week. i never even grunted when i dunked after that

For some reason just the thought of a Florida International player celebrating after sacking the QB of Middle Tennessee State makes me laugh and feel a little better about myself.

Man, Middle's offense was horrible. The D saved the game. Stock has some work to do.

The old ball coach used a wr screen pass to score the only td in the game and break Miss State's back in a close game up to that time. I fear such a thing might do us in. I don't think they will win in a up front type game.
