watching what Dooley did to Bray last night, just looking at him on the sidelines I knew he was done, I was wondering what Bray, and this team had a coach like Kiffin the way he coached Compdaddy up into a good SEC QB. Kiffin is having trouble at USC, and he would sure have gotten us in a lot more trouble had he stayed, but he had more coaching knowledge in his pinky than Dools has in his entire body. Bray has had his share of problems, but just like Cut did with Ainge. you just have to wonder what could have been.

No doubt in my mind Dooley threw that game away last night. it is now time to move on and there is only one way but up from here, seems like only last year we was wondering if we had hit rock bottom yet, if we only knew then. I really felt sorry for Dools until last night even though it wasd past time for him to go, but don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out DD.

You know sometimes you have to prove a point more than I love my job. It was the right thing to do to sit Tyler. When the player does not show respect then the Coach must show him who is incharge something Mr. Bray seems to not understand!

You can't let the inmates run the asylum. He should have been benched at Kentucky last year, and should have stayed on the bench in the second half last night. I'm not sure that the good outweighs the bad with him. He just wants to sling the ball around , not take what is given. You don't always have to throw a 55 mph fastball to lead a team.

He reminds me of John Daly. He has the tools, but would rather "grip it and rip it."

kiffin's an idiot
dooley did a better job with less talent

kiffin started #1 and will finish out of the the top 25 he had the best talent in the country s@#$w him for leaving

lets move on get a great coach not one in diapers, the next one will need big boy pants not expensive orange pants

DD didn't throw any game. And go read some of the comments players have made before you go claiming that "Dooley didn't have their back". The guy gave his all for UT for 3 years and did a lot more for the program than anyone on this board. Sure, he didn't have the best coaching record, but show a little class and give him the appreciation that he deserves for all the good he did for UT football.

So you're saying we shouldn't appreciation him?

The only thing wrong with benching Bray was it was temporary and 5 weeks too late.

Bray+pressure= CHOKE.

Franklin to his credit saw something that others have missed... amazingly. Just put pressure on Bray. That's all. He'll fold.

Dooley made decisions that didn't work out. He's gone and it is as it should be.

One of those decisions was to let Bray's incredible talent throwing the ball blind him to him being a poor QB in pretty much every other factor.

Whoever the next coach is, I hope they give Worley and Peterman a legit shot to take over the QB job. Bray and Sunseri are the two guys I am most looking forward to being GONE.

The "Dooley throws people under the bus and doesn't have players' backs" stuff is... and always has been stupid. The same people who can't seem to get enough pleasure out of Dooley being fired because he didn't coach well... complain that Bray was yanked because he played poorly. Bray's inability to handle mental and emotional pressure have been big factors in every loss this year.

Some guys have all the physical tools... but do not have what it takes to be a QB in the head. Right now, Bray looks like one of those guys.

Bray looked pretty angry after that benching by dooley--he may decide to skip his last year and go pro instead!

Hope so.... but I doubt it. If you were an NFL owner would you bet money on a guy that folds under pressure like he does?

He didn't throw a pick almost six like the other guy though.

The other guy hasn't been getting #1 reps for over 2 years now. The other guy doesn't have nearly the game experience.

Worley may not be the answer... but Bray's habit of choking is still a big problem.

wow, talk about stupid, have you heard any of his pressor's Bray needs a coach, if you can't see that Dooley lost team, then your an well you know what you are. maybe Bray should have been benched durring the year, but last night was not it. look at our stats up to the benching vs there's and look at them after.
