I understand your point, but I don't think last season should have any affect on this year. However, Boise hasn't looked as impressive and the Oregon win looks even less impressive now.The fact TCU smashed Boise's face in less than 12 months ago should end any debate between them.

Who do you like between Cincy and TCU?
I actually think Cincy is pretty good this year, but their resume still doesn't look all that impressive.
Not so sure I would agree with that. I think beating BYU and Utah is at least as good as any Cincy accomplishment. If all three teams (Boise, Cincinnati, and TCU) win out, Cincinnati would have by far the better body of work.
I think they would beat TCU, but not by a ton. Either one would beat Boise.
BYU and Utah are both better than anyone Cincinnati will have beaten. For that matter, Clemson is as good as anyone else in the Big East.If all three teams (Boise, Cincinnati, and TCU) win out, Cincinnati would have by far the better body of work.

Pittsburgh is the second best team in the Big East. Take a look at who their loss is to. The Big East is utter trash.I'll give you Utah and BYU, but I wouldn't agree on Clemson. Besides, each team has played nine games to this point.
The Big East isn't anything special, but I'd still say that the bottom of the conference (Syracuse and Louisville) would be ahead of at least five Mountain West teams and a 50-50 shot on Air Force.
Cincinnati's OOC schedule is Oregon State, Fresno State, Illinois (not yet played), and Southeast Missouri. TCU is Virginia, Clemson, SMU, and something called Texas State-San Marcos. They play in a conference that is stronger top-to-bottom. That'll get them the computer points, and it would probably be by a wider margin than could be made up by the human polls.
If they met head-to-head, it'd be one hell of a game. Remember a few years back when Boise and Louisville met with a combined record of 23-1 or something going in?
I want to see Boise in it and then watch them get embarassed by Florida/Bama. Maybe that will stop nonstop love fest with them.
