Our run game wasn't bad.Our passing was the worse I have seen all year.No pass blocking, receivers failing to get open, bad passes, pass routes, it also looked to me like Meacham was getting held alot last night.

Meachem was getting held alot but when every your can't do much on Offense being held don't matter.....The one thing I saw last night that I did like....Was it looked like we showed a little bit of a running game....Just a glimmer of one but best we ran all year with the exception of the Cal, Marhsall, and Memphis games

Alot of the times Crompton was throwing the ball WAY to late.

I remember one pass to Chris Brown where he was open for 7 steps and Crompton then threw it after staring him down and allowing the saftey to step up and knock the ball loose. When he does have time he takes to long to find a reciever.

This is what happens when you run your biggest offensive weapon on a pointless draw / keeper play and get him injured.

can't say that OWB that would indicate bad coaching. we just can't have that. eventhough it is true.:)

I dont think its unreasonable to expect your QB to able to take a hit. Eventually its going to happen where he has too.

This has been a problem for Ainge since he was a freshman. He's a tall guy who still is thin by College QB standards.

He also has his height working against him...He's what 6'4 or 6'5? 240?

QB's are going to take hits but there's no reason to having Ainge running anywhere at any point in time unless he just has to escape pressure..

Texas did a QB draw last night and lost their QB and you see where that got them. Not smart.

I agree with you its not a good idea having your QB running QB bootlegs, or draws ec. But it was probably only a matter of time before a hit knocked him out for a few games. He just doesnt have the size to withstand the pounding of a long season.
