If we had gone bowling do you think we would have won?

If we had gone bowling do you honestly think we would have won?

I personally don't think we would have won.

Those lower tiered bowl games are tough to figure out. For some programs, any bowl game is a big deal and they play like they're in the BCS championship. For upper tiered teams a lot of times they pull a no-show.

If UT were to get matched up against a Conf USA team in the Liberty Bowl, I wouldn't like UT's chances.

As chatt-townVol just said, we were going to play Marshall or Rice in the Liberty Bowl, and I have no doubts that we would beat both of them.

We were slated to play marshall more than likely. So..... yeah. Tennessee by 3 TD's

The problem would be it's Marshall in the Liberty Bowl.

The players wouldn't be nearly as excited as the fans.

Could we afford to go to a bowl? As bad of as our finances are, a lot of the schools report they actually lose money on bowl trips.

Yes, because we won our bowl game yesterday in Lexington. Next question please.

After Alabama's historic loss Saturday, do you think they will go after Butch in the offseason? If that happens, any chance we take the risk and try and hire Saban? Go Vols!

Really depends on who we're playing and what bowl.. If it was Liberty vs Rice/Marshall then we win. Independence vs a Big 10 team/Big 12 -probably, Birmingham vs whoever we win. If it's MCB- not sure we'd win.

Shouldn't we need to know who we would have played? If Clemson - no, If UCF- no, if Indiana-yes.

It's hypothetical. I was generally assuming it'd be a half way decent team.

Some people are forgetting we lost to Vanderbilt again and we've been far from consistent this season.
