I agree 100%...but our forefathers never valued the idea of privacy enough to explicitely call it out in the constitution.

Agreed, and the 9th helps its case.

I'm just saying it isn't explicitely called out like speech, free excercise of religion, bearing of arms, etc. the forefathers obviously put more concern into those things.

I'm not sure it would matter anyway

part of me used to believe things could get better without the need for a revolutionary step. Slowly beginning to realize this may not be possible
