He's definitely got the money to do so. Interesting to see how he uses it.

I hope he's not so loyal to his staff that he brings them to a place where they're not in their league. That's bad for everyone.

I think that he's a coach with a lot of confidence in what he does. I hope he does well, just don't know at this point.

I agree with CBJ's statement. Recruiting is about sales and people skills. Finding the angle and building relationships. Not everyone is a recruiter... but you can be in a room full of people and pick those out that have the skills and aptitude.

I think you're right. You don't build these relationships with HS coaches overnight.
