I'd probably eat as much junk as i could, i stay away from junk food and am into lifting pretty good, so for one day if i was Phil i'd eat everything, tons of steaks, donuts, cookies, hot wings, burgers, pizza, fries, fried chicken, cokes, alcoholic beverages. forget the team, i'd get some gear
