It's a nice video but sorry, the "rah rah" $hit just doesn't impress me anymore! If I had seen this video right after Fulmer's tenure here, I might feel differently. However too much apathy has set in with me now from the last 5 years to get excited over a locker room pow wow video. I'm glad CBJ is a fiery guy. I'm glad the players seem to love him and buy in. But until I start seeing victories on the field, everything else really is just white noise to me.

Winning on the field leads to fan support.

If you are a fair weather fan. If you are a fanbase that deserves a champion, you support your team ALWAYS and demand excellence ALWAYS. Just like being a winner. You either are or you are not... circumstances or the latest outcomes do not determine it.

Get real. Coaching and talent leads to victories on the field. Miami has won multiple championships playing in a half empty stadium.

I never said I was no longer supporting the team. I will still go to the games and cheer. I will still fly my flags on my truck. I will still watch on TV. However nothing is going to change the way I feel inside until we show on the field that we have turned the corner.

That video gave me chills. The more I think about this hire (which I've done A LOT, I went hiking the second I heard who the hire was, nothing but time to think) the more happy I am with it. I really think that we're going to see a completely different Tennessee team under Jones, and I think it will be for the better.

I like it, we went from a no-name, losing coach to coach of the year honoree. Im convinced he will do well. TN has much better resources than Cinci to help him accomplish this.
