I’m in Kentucky this week for a work trip (Fort Knox), and it warms the cackles of my cold, orange heart to see the UK folks around here avert their eyes when they see my UT gear.

But seriously, this part of Kentucky sucks. It depresses me because as a young officer I did a lot of training at Fort Knox back when the Armor Center was here. I had a lot of good memories here. Now, this place is D-E-A-D. The area around the base was never that great, but it used to be sorta tolerable. Not any more. This area is depressing.

And UK (and Mizzou and everybody else) can get bent. Go Vols!
