this has been a problem for YEARS. at some point they decided illegals in california should get in state tuition and no one really had a debate about it. it's absurd that non taxpayers of the state should get in state tuition. disgusting.

the schools get around affirmitive action being illegal by telling minorities to mention their race in the personal statement. it's really disgusting.

Some will say that is a "racist" question or whatever, but I have also kind of been perplexed by that. I mean, how do they even get admitted? I remember needing to supply all kinds of information about my identity and school history, and even vaccination history to be admitted. How can someone who is illegal possibly have all the requested personal information in order?

The group also claims there are 65 thousand such students nationwide, making it easy to see how the national price tag for these policies could easily top half a billion dollars.

the state has already issued tens of billions of build america bonds funded by teh govt and the stimulus. thanks guys!

i just saw a stat that 40% of the new build america bonds issuance will be from california. now i feel kinda guilty.
