A 40-2 run. Yes, 40-2. Nebraska is up 59-31 in the second half. Surely this disqualifies a team from tournament consideration, no?

Wow. I'd hate to be those players.

You might be too young to remember without doing the research, but try and access the 1993 regional game against Wake Forest. UK opened up the game 32-4, hitting 9 straight 3's before missing the first. Awesome display, and embarrassing for those kids, which was sad.

Side note, Rodney Rogers played for that Wake team, who passed a way a few years ago. Crazy world.

That game against Wake was just devastating. UK went on a roll that post season, just destroying people on the way to the Final Four.

This game was better:

Arkansas State at Kentucky (January 8, 1945)

Legend has it that Rupp ripped into the team at halftime, stating that one of their guys was "running wild." Arkansas state didn't score in the second half. That has to be a record of some kind.

I remember in middle school we beat TLS (The Lexington School, private rich school) 66-16 in basketball. I had like 20 points. Best day of my life in middle school. God, i miss those years. I was like mini kobe back then.

I love blowout games. Sadly, they happen less and less with so any talented players everywhere.
