I'm proud of the way our Vols played today. They went out there, played their hearts out, and played very well, giving AU a run for its money. With the exception of two big plays, a TD and a 40+ yard pass, we played very well. Our defense played much better than they have the past two weeks, and Rick Clausen played exceptionally. I must commend AU for playing a great game, coming away with the SEC Championship at the end. I was also happy to see Tubberville waving his offense off the field with 25 seconds left instead of trying to run up the score, which they probably could have done. I wish the best for AU. I am as proud as ever to call myself a Volunteer. Go Vols!

I agree...not too bad for the youngest team in the strongest conference in college football!

Got some work to do on secondary D, but I am looking forward to next year. These young guys got a taste of what it could be and I believe they will be great.

Gotta get through the bowl game, so I hope the COACHES can get them up for it. I enjoyed the game, too bad Auburn is going to be left out of the bullshi err ummm I mean BCS championship game. :crap: to the BCS.

I agree. We've not been respected by the national media all season, but who did it end up costing the most? Auburn. They should be playing for a national title, and no one should have expected a 42-14 or 38-3 Auburn victory.

I'm proud of the team

That game was worth losing $1000 VolNation dollars to U-T. I may even throw in an extra 100 or 2.

AU should most certainly be playing for the national title, but in the screwed up BCS system, they won't. It's a shame.

Y'all got a very good coach, and I look for the Gators to be very serious contenders for the SEC title in the next few years, if not next year. We shall see.

Charlie Weis wants the job the O coordinator for the NE Patriots but I dont think ND will give it to him...They took a few more eggs to the face Mooch is not interested and neither is Gruden...It just hurts being catholic and seeing them struggle to find another coach....They should have kept Ty!!!

When they,ND, realize there just another program that cannot recuit enough top level players because of their restrictions, lack of conference, location( athletes don't want to play in that weather ),and God really doesn't care if they win or not :they will then begin to solve there problems. Good caoches obviously are not going drop everything to go up to that desolate land called South Bend.

Ooooh hell yes it is desolate... I have been through there. The whole state of Indiana outside of Indianapolis sucks.

I did some Masters work at IU, and I hated every minute of it! Indianapolis is kind of cool, but it is not even that great.

Eh, the reason I liked it is 'cause of Dave And Buster's, and we don't have any around here :(

EDIT: And GameWorks.
