I'm still puzzled by the committee slotting Louisville in Lexington..

They didn't deserve that benefit as a 6 seed.. I know they played well down the stretch, but getting this kind of treatment is almost ubsurd. Texas A&M got jobbed big time by the committee..

Inexcusable decision by the committee. Why not send Memphis to Lexington and Texas A&M/Louisville to New Orleans? Were they worried about ticket sales? For that matter, Xavier shouldn't be in Lexington either. Heck, if someone is going to be unfairly sent to Rupp, why not UT as a 5?

That was my slightly biased prediction.. I knew we'd get the 5 in the South, but there was speculation we might get slotted in Lexington for the first two rounds. But I definitely don't mind going to Columbus next Friday either..

Pitino in Rupp provides too much drama for the selection committee to resist.

I was moderately puzzled about this as well, the first time I read it when hat posted about it.

Think the selection committee might have been giving the Big East love in compensation for leaving Cuse out of the tournament?
