Still doesn't excuse the fact that the original intent was to be a sperm donor and the lesbians would be responsible to raise them. Now, it looks like the lesbians see a way to cash in and get the man to lift a few burdens off of them.

They called him dad and he was involved in their lives. How do you have children, who not only call you daddy, but are biologically yours, and expect not to pay up? He's not your typical sperm donor, he didn't do this anonamously, so he should have used common freaking sense and known he could be found financially responsible under this situation.

And another thing, I'm sure this man's lawyers are the only ones using "sperm donor." This man was the father.

The case opened when he was alive. Like I said, would the case even be incourt now if he would have bargained on these lesbians trying to get him for child support?
