Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus....Heath Ledger's Last Role.

This film has been called a modern Master Piece and is heath ledgers last film role. Three different actors stepped in to finish Ledgers part in the film after his death, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell.

Some speculate that this film will have the same mystique for ledger as did James dean and his role in Giant and Marylin Monroe and her last role in the Misfits.

I think it will be hard for me to see past his Academy Award winning role in The Dark Knight as his last true role. But that I suppose depends greatly on this film. Which I am Looking forward to seeing.

I'm looking forward to seeing it as well, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Ledger was a pretty good actor, but never really distinguished himself until he played the Joker.

i completely disagree. he not only played a wide variety of characters but had already been nominated for an academy award and golden globe a few years before batman. i think he was a very good actor already.
