In a nutshell, why I post about the hipocrisy regarding Palin

and you'd be far more effective if you called out the hypocrisy on both sides of the spectrum, but you don't. Hence, you come off as a whiny democrat in flimsy independent clothing.

You're a lawyer, you should know very well how to spell hypocrisy... and as already stated, you would be taken a little more seriously if you called out both sides.

You are a lawyer. Therefore, you have to vote democrat because it is in your best interests to vote for people that will willingly bring on more regulation and more laws. The more laws that are created, the more opportunities for people (even well intentioned people) to break them. The more people that break laws, the more work for you guys.

There are already too many lawyers to meet the demand right now, so you have to create new crimes in order for all of your lawyers buddies to make a living...

I must have missed it, but has LG had the intellectual honesty to call out Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews and NBC over their overt bias? Has LG taken the opportunity to correct Charles Gibson's deliberate misquoting of Palin over her "God's will" statement?

Hypocrisy is the basis of politics... however, Palin and the GOP are making it more prevalent.

LOL. "Mayor of a city with a population of...... 9,000 people!"

That's almost, again almost, as absurd as some unqualified moron saying his relevant experience to be CEO of our land is as unaccountable, unresponsible community organizer.

Think about how stupid that sounds.

Are you commenting on Obama's "lack" of qualifications? Personally, I'd rather have someone young running for the office. Someone that has vision and carries himself like Obama does, over someone that wouldn't mind going to war at the sound of a gunshot. Palin was quoted as saying she would support a war against Russia... and you all know that McCain would be the one to get us there.

It's even more absurd to try and paint McCain and Palin as warmongers.

How Obama carries himself has nothing to do with his utter lack of qualifications and his old style Euro socialist mindset.

Hell, I'd almost rather have Genghis.

Get us into a war that we cannot and will not win, or get us out of Iraq and back on track to being the best country in the world? I'll take my chances with Obama. Considering he has Biden on his team means that we have a good chance of having positive relations with countries. I prefer passiveness.

You are still a kid. There is hope for you yet, just give it time.

Putin prefers that we be passive as well. The Iranian Sheiks prefer same. The last totally passive maroon we put up there gave us the Iranian hostage crisis with ensuing debacle in the desert. No thanks.

Using the past tense end of Iraq to justify a vote about going forward is senseless, given that the crew that hauled us to Iraq, whom you likely agreed with at the time, will be out of power.

Any mention of Biden as a positive to anything should probably warrant banishment from the politics forum.

Positive relations is a red herring. We want beneficial relations - to us.

Really, like when he tells a foreign leader to stand up from his wheelchair and take a bow?

I've been against this war the entire time. I didn't believe they had weapons back in 2001, and I didn't believe that Hussein was any imminent threat to the US. However; I did want him out of office, but not through a war that has cost us so many lives and the Iraqi people even more.

Largest by area, not per capita. In fact, Alaska ranks 47th in population*. So what? She's the governor of a state that is of little relevance to the rest of the US... unless you're talking about snow or drilling for oil.

There's also 1.2 people per sq. mile in Alaska...
