Hard to believe his coach said his future is at DE when he already weighs 297. This kid has DT written all over him at the next level. He might be fast for his size, but DE in college are much faster.

Do I see a Tennessee dream team coming together? Richardson, Clear, Robinson, King, Alexandro, Dunaway, and this Chris Smith kid.... Crowder, Downs, Kerbyson,

Dont forget Tino Thomas. This kid sounds like a freak athlete, I mean 6'5 300 and runs a 4.8. I imagine he will tear it up on both sides of the ball. I would love to have this kid even though he hasnt been recruited heavily, because he just reminds me of a mean, fast, monster lineman. Doug Atkins perhaps?

Some kids with Tourette's also have ADD. I wonder if that is the problem with grades? If that is the problem could he get a disability waiver of some kind?

If I remember correctly, Shazzon Bradley had some kind of learning disability and was granted a special waiver. I think that he became an excellent student with treatment. He will always be one of my favorite VOLS.

COULDBE A GREAT ONE CAN DOMINATE AT TIMES.He and Shaquile Love played on a little league team i coached on,Had to carry their birth certifcates every where we went. Both are great kids and were a blast to coach when they were (little guysl).Shaq and Chris both always wanted to run the ball but far exceded the weight limit for running backs in our age groups, but they would always ask every game any way,Proud of both of them for their successes and love of the game.

exactly, most tourettes have adhd, an attention, but not a IQ problem, a little medicine and the right attitude, he could do well.

This is kinda of off topic, I was at the knox. jamboree at neyland last night and saw some kids with really good size.... I couldn't find a program to save my life but 3 guys that stood out were #65 for Knox West and #'s 74 and 56 for Fulton... Couldn't tell much about them since it was just a quarter and the fact Fulton won by 35 but those guys should of been 1st off the bus...
