In the Pre-season,don`t pick UT to win Anything

I don`t know about you guys, but dosen`t it seem like whenever we`re ranked in the top 5,we just seem to play like crap?For example, the 2002 season had great expectations.At the end of the year we finished 8-5!That year we had a lot of injured players.This year,its lack of coaching.
Are we cursed or something?I think somethings up. :wacko:

We've been ranked in the top 5 three times in the past 7 seasons...

1999 - Probably greatest collection of talent ever on a VOL tean, we should have contended for the national championship but finished 9-3.

2002 - finished 8-5, blah

2005 - yet to be determined, but it goes without saying that we underperformed


So yes, I agree, lets keep the expectations realistic so we can exceed them!
