The Hulman Center is getting a reputation as this is the second straight year Indiana State has knocked off a highly ranked inter-state rival. Last year ISU beat #17 Indiana at the Hulman Center. I was very surprised to see ISU had knocked off Butler. ISU is not really that talented this year.
