Kelvin Sampson? ESPN is reporting this hiring. If true, this is undoubtedly the worst hire in recent memory by a major basketball power. I exclude the hirings of Steve Lavin and Mike Davis because or the surrounding circumstances.

Also, OU is awaiting word on NCAA sanctions related to excessive phone contact with recruits. IU really must have gotten desperate after their initial inquiries were met with no interest from Crean, Few, and Calipari.
