While some of it you would expect through the natural progression of additional experience = more playing time = more points, there is definitely also something there related to the coaching.

Pearl is the man.

Defense creates turnovers, which in turn creates transition baskets. Pearl's defensive gameplan works in any league. No surprise that Lofton's scoring increased. I stated before that season that Asumnu was way underused by Buzz... but his scoring production is a pleasant surprise. I'm more impressed by Bradshaw's other stats than I am by his scoring. He has really done well for his size getting rebounds and scrapping for loose balls. He continues to get assists too.

A lot is the system. We are taking a lot more shots than we did last year for the most part.
