Tennessee coach Butch Jones' staff already has extended scholarship offers to at least 74 prospects in the 2017 class. The majority of those players — 56 of them, to be exact — were included in the initial Top247 for the 2017 class, which was released Wednesday by 247Sports.

Athlete Deangelo Gibbs of Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Ga., who's ranked the nation's No. 6 overall prospect and No. 1 cornerback, is the highest ranked uncommitted prospect in the 2017 class who currently holds an offer from Tennessee.
