Anyone know how badly injured this SC player was? I can't find any info on him, hope he's ok... looked to be serious..
hope the ref is ok too, what a hit that man took.... I didn't hear any students around us laughing at him or at the situation, it was very quiet...

GO VOLS..... GO BIG ORANGE.....

I just heard head and neck injuries last night. Haven't heard anything new. Hope he recovers and wasn't hurt too badly.

About 15 minutes I think. That was one long first half.

After that I expected the ref that went down would be on the ground for 30 mins at least... the J.Allen injury took them a long time too... are the Neyland guys just slow at getting a player secured on the stretcher or what?

I guess they just don't really know the extent of the injury and use extreme caution putting the player on that board and moving him around.....as they should.

I agree with that, but I don't think it took that long even with Terry Fair's injury in that Rams game earlier this season. Or did it just seem that way because I was watching on TV?

I don't know. I just knew that I didn't dress warmly enough and it seemed extremely long.

Carlos Thomas is OK. He sustained a concussion, but thankfully it wasn't as bad as it looked.

Good news.

Probably a quicker recovery time than CPF's ego :ninja:

Thanks for the info, I'm glad he's ok, kept hoping he'd get up and walk but when they bring the cart out, that's not a good thing...

GO VOLS.... GO BIG ORANGE...

Oh yeah, I also agree they weren't dressed for the weather,
seems colder hands make it easier to miss or drop the ball..
gosh did I say that? :birgits_giggle:
