Has anyone heard about injuries? I know Boo Carter went into the locker room just before halftime. He left without his helmet and I don't think he played in the second half. Not to mention we lost two starting linemen. I was just concerned. Any information would be appreciated.

This is pure speculation on my part, but I think all 3 will play against Arkansas. I believe that Campbell will go as hard as he can for as long as he can. By the time Arkansas rolls around, Heard will have had 4 weeks for his alleged ankle injury to heal. Boo Carter's situation has the appearance of concussion protocol, and the bye week will allow enough time for him to be cleared if that's the case. Again, this is pure speculation.

Man, I hope Boo is ok. That guy adds a lot to the defense. The defense did great in the second half, but Oklahoma is a little challenged vertically.

All players that have not played all snaps will either be questionable or probable until game time. We will just how to see how the rest of the next ten days go.

Do they have to give an injury report on a bye week?

Here’s what ChatGPT says…

No, teams in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) do not have to file an injury report during a bye week. Injury reports are typically filed in the lead-up to a game, as they are intended to provide transparency regarding player availability. Since there is no game during a bye week, there is no requirement to submit such reports.

However, teams may still provide injury updates to the media or public at their discretion during press conferences or other communications.

And, I have not seen mention of this, but was glad to see Seldon back in there this past week, both on special teams and in the offensive backfield.
It was nice to see him back, but DeSean Bishop was lights out against Oklahoma. Depending on practice, I feel he has earned the number 2 slot in RB rotation for now.

DB has been solid. Getting Seldon back, even if he’s relegated to the RB3 role can still add value to this offense though. Remember, the last two seasons, Dylan Sampson has been our RB3.

Don't disagree at all, hence the wording of the start of my post. We have a very loaded RB room right now. I just wanted to make a comment to those that will start screaming about Seldon not coming in second showing that CJH doesn't know what he is doing. Every single move has been criticized by some of the more morose members of this site. Cam Seldon has been banged up since he got here. If he is not 100%, it is not worth reaggravating it just to get him in a game.
