Please post them all in this one thread so it will make it easier for all of us to ignore them.

I can't imagine any Vol fan is not extremely disappointed with the direction this program has taken. However, it amazes me some of the things that are being posted at the most inappropriate times.

The seniors have their final game coming up this weekend and former players, some future players, and most fans are expressing their support.

Those of you who are so bitter that you can only spew vitriol comments feel free to dump them here, or better yet just keep them to yourself.

I don't think the OP confused the two. It's just that some of the awful comments made on here make you wonder about the kind of people who post them. Dooley is gone, let's look to the future.

I wish these young men had more to look forward to, but there is another game to be played. Crush the kitties.
GO VOLS!

I'm sad about our programs disposition but glad that Dooley is gone. Don't confuse the two.

I'm also glad he is gone... was in way over his head. He accepted a job that he wasn't able to perform. That does not make him a bad person, and should not make him a target for hatred.

Here you go:

I am so done with the T. You people are the worst. Yet another classy individual done in by punks. What a bunch of veruca salts. You will never be winners, only whiners. Dooley is going to come back into this statium and ruin your season for seasons to come with a better fan base behind him. I will be with them. Good bye VOLUNTEERS. It was the best of times, @ one time.

Here's another one:

Dooley will be here next year.....reasons Money for fires and hires, no one available that wants the job. The Sal hire knew it would take two years to install defense. The hires of other coaches, affects on defections and recruiting. The mess Dooley inherited. 4 years to fix and a coaching change at present will look weak and desperate. Let the year play out so it may happen but will be at seasons end. Fans don't matter at this point. The stadium will always be filled just maybe more non regular attendees or opponents fans.

So continue to whine bicker throwing tantrums and act like emotional HS girls.
Just built a facility on campus that some would disagree with but it was needed and warranted. We need to find a coach that can coach in the sec that is competitive and that wants to be here not for the buck but because his heart is in it.

There are a lot of good coaches out there that are motivators leaders and know how manage x & o's on the field. We will get there but it will take time. Sec coaching is tough right now who is available to come here that is of that caliber. A lot of the gruden stuff is emotional and speculation because that's all it can be until the decision is made and gruden is contacted. But if he turns us down that will continue the slippery slope of coaching hires,

I almost cried with happiness. I wish him good luck but I'm so excited about this team's future. Can't wait to beat Bama and Florida again.

if hart hires kirby smart, a saban gofer, how will that happen?

You know I really feared this might happen but after the press conference my fears have been somewhat alleviated. Hart specifically stated that *head coaching* experience is a necessary qualification for this position, which we all know Mr. Smart does not have. I think Hart knows this hire will define his career at UT and hopefully he isn't taking any chances.

The future is not very bright for UT...the next two years probably are not going to be much different that the last few years. There's more problems than just Dooley, so I'm just going to sit back and watch and wait for better days.

I agree. The man gave his all for Tennessee. Have some heart, show some class and send the man out with respect. I feel bad for him and his family and wish him luck wherever he lands.

Hart is secretly a socialist & a Democrat planted in east Tn. by 'you know who'
CDD was Satan's disciple - he came to UT to break the salary budget and lose games purposely on orders from Saban. Plus he admired CPF.
His assistants were incarnations of Judas - selling game plans to opponents
The UT Admin are undercover agents for Bama & Gators planted to keep us down
NO successful college HC will come to UT-we are targeting the DC of Tulane
Gruden is Satan, really just look at him
Neyland is slowly sinking into the muck of the Tennessee River
Ticket prices are purposely set to break the budget of all UT fans
Extra sugar is added to concessions to rot the teeth of fans [ and make them look more like Bama's]
Seat width is being reduced to 9 inches next year - average fan just won't fit - will have to stand & PO 'blue haired donaters'
THAT IS ALL

There is a reason fan is short for fanatic. Some people just want to rub salt in the wound, just to prove the wound is there.

We have to dust ourselves off collectively as a fanbase from the past 5 years, and move on together. If we do not, we will be doomed to follow in the same path as we have been on. If people want to truly make a difference, show up next year in force, and fully support the new coach, until they factually give you a reason not to, like Dooley did with most of us after the KY game last year.

Move on people, move on.

Absolutely for our players, not just seniors. My heart goes out to them. They fought, they persisted, and they improved (just not quite enough). They deserve better.

But the same thing can't not be said about Dooley. Sure, I respect Dooley as a person, just like I respect most others on the personal level. However, I have no respect for Dooley as a football coach, because he is incompetent and refuses to acknowledge his incompetency. I will not call him Mike Shula of Tennessee, because that's an insult to Mike Shula. Mike Shula is a good offensive coach, just not a HC material. Dooley is incompetent as a football coach, and I can't imagine he will get another football coaching position of any significance in the future.

Farewell Dooley. you earned yourself some nice money out of Mike Hamilton's stupidity. Good for you, but you won't be missed even one bit.
