hmm. The Big 10 -vs- the Big 12......

I rekon they can call it whatever they like but here in the south...we refer to such bowl games as 2nd tier ;)

(pls no comments about no bowl games for us...i'm well aware of that.....just figured it was fun to wear the SEC hat sometimes :))

This guy at work actually tried a challenge there where you try to eat 12 wings in 6 minutes. He brought the 7 he couldn't eat back and gave me one. It was incredibly hot but did not taste even slightly good.

The one downtown here was aight, but it's sinful to be in Portland carry ONE Oregon brew out of the two dozen-ish on tap. The isn't very good, either.

But the waitresses are cute so I keep going back. :)

There were three or four Hooters around here for about five seconds before they all went under around the same time. All of them were adjacent to strip clubs. :lol:

BWW has a much better tv situation too.

BWW is great if you don't have Sunday Ticket or a computer with stream viewing capabilities. Otherwise, it's useless. Overpriced, overrated food and the people you find in there (or found, as they closed the Strip location) were either all Cowboys fans or generally annoying in their own way.

The jerks at the one by me would only put the UT games on a small TV -- finally we got comcast with espn3 in my area, so I have never been back to a BWW --- other posters are right food overpriced and lack of quality seating so on

Exactly. I'm on a lifetime boycott of Bdubs after they closed all the really great franchises in Florida, and opened company cookie cutter stores. Screw em!

Hopefully, there will be great specials when the game comes, like there are with the Little Caesars Bowl.

Hmm. The Bdubs I ate at in Indiana and KY were pretty good. Maybe you all just have ****ty stores (for example, the Mcdonald's in my home town sucks ass, whereas in other towns its actually decent)

The new bowl at Neyland will be the Mouse's Ear Bowl.


Not sure what they'll be passing out in the 4th quarter.

I like going to the bdubs here when it's full of tech fans and cheering for the other team especially when tech loses. Only thing funnier is watching uva fans when they are losing to someone like maryland.
