My point is that we are at a sad state in this country when the two candidates for the highest political office in the land barely mention the most basic fundamental ideal on which this country was founded. And then they fail to mention the document that guarantees that ideal. It is also the document that they hope to swear to serve and protect when they take the office for which they are campaigning.
