UT has more raw athletic talent and especially along the OL and in the front 7 on D. Sam is quick but mostly their DL success stems from their system. They stunt alot.
If UT loses the battle along the LOS then it will be on the coaches. Mizzou is a "system" team... they are NOT loaded with SEC level talent. The coaches now have a good bit of film on them from teams that have pushed them. If the coaches have watched the UGA, UF, and USCe games then they know what Mizzou will try to do and SHOULD be able to use their better athletes to blunt their attacks.
UT's OL has a HUGE opportunity this week as does UT's DL. If the DL does its job then the LB's are going to make plays all over the place. If the OL does its job, Dobbs will have an "efficient" or better day and Neal/Lane will have big games.
Again, Mizzou may win. UT may not gameplan effectively to beat their system. But this is the most overhyped opponent UT has played since WKU.
