Scott Pioli and "The Patriot Way" is on its last legs in Kansas City. Word around the league is no coach wants to come in and work for Pioli. They were interested in Jeff Fisher, but he had no interest in working with Pioli.
Really good players end up on really bad teams. EB for example, phenomenal ball player, in college, gets drafted high by a bad team. Unfortunate for early career, but the really good ones end up on a big market team in the long run.

Chief's are good on defense but really bad on offense...
They went 10-6 just 2 years ago (losing to the Ravens in the playoffs.) And, there is a lot of parity in the NFL. Look at some of the best players in the league likes James Harrison...he went to Kent State.
