Really good players end up on really bad teams. EB for example, phenomenal ball player, in college, gets drafted high by a bad team. Unfortunate for early career, but the really good ones end up on a big market team in the long run.

How about Damian Williams or Jared Cook. Williams is a solid 2/3, and Cook could possible be a top 5 TE. Cook wants out of Nashville.

They went 10-6 just 2 years ago (losing to the Ravens in the playoffs.) And, there is a lot of parity in the NFL. Look at some of the best players in the league likes James Harrison...he went to Kent State.
