Interesting story on Duke football...

I found this online and thought the lack of reporting by the drive-by sports media to be quite a non-surprise. Duke recently had 3 players arrested and thusly dismissed after being arrested for discharging a firearm on the Durham campus. All 3 players have been dismissed yet I don't recall seeing a phony righteous indignation story from ESPN about this while beating us over the head again and again with our 4 players:banghead2:.

The fact that the program gets little more publicity than a lower level Sun Belt conference team doesn't matter. The last time I checked, Duke LaCrosse wasn't exactly a big deal when ESPN drug those players names through the mud and accused them of a rape they didn't commit. My point is that the drive-by media only selects stories that fit their particular needs. I know that ESPN didn't believe this to be a "major story" because it is Duke Football, but it really shouldn't matter their players are just as guilty of being foolish as ours were, and their offense was just as bad.
