Tony Basilio had a couple of interviews yesterday which, if you haven't already heard them, I believe that you will absolutely love. First, he interviewed Tony Robinson, whom Coach Majors always refers to as the "Tony Dorsett of Quarterbacks." He then interviewed Coach Majors. Both of these interviews can be accessed from The Tony Basilio Show.

A lot of people don't like Tony B. but I've personally hung out with the guy and he's a great guy and a huge advocate of the VOLS. He's a very opinionated guy, and he will take things to an extreme sometimes, but all in all I respect the guy and what he has to say. If you ever get a chance to meet him he loves VOL fans and will be glad to shake your hand and tell you go VOLS, and I can respect that from a man.

Incidentally, Tony Robinson will return as the "Vol Legend" for the Auburn game. As Basilio pointed out, the crowd will positively erupt when reliving the video highlights of Robinson's masterful performance (1985) against the then no. 1-ranked Auburn Tigers. That will provide some extremely high-octane fuel for the crowd as they lend support to our team's efforts on the field.

Glad to see TR looking good. I was at that "Vol Ball" Auburn game. Still have the orange Tennessee pennant I bought at the stadium after the victory.

Tony Robinson's is one of my all time favorite players, my first memories of Vols football was the early 80's and Tony Robinson was my hero. I was heart broken when he was injured against bama. I know Tony had some demons in his life but im so glad he came back home.

Is it me or are they similarities between the SugarVols and Team 117, both teams are loved by fans, both teams played hard, their were not allowed of stars on both team but stars emerged through out the season. Worley can be this teams Daryl Dickey and just manage the offense nothing special just dont lose the game and make a few play. The defense in 85 got better every game and I think this years D is getting better every game. the 85 team started the return of Tennessee football greatness and I think team 117 will start our return to greatness.

This team needs to win alot more games before they're even in the conversation with 85 Vols. Also, Dickey may have been strictly a "game manager" when he first got pulled off the bench, but by the end of the season he was making some great throws.
