Online sports betting only made it easier to get caught. NCAA basically sending out a letter to all players along the lines of "Hey, stupid. Stop betting online. They can track that stuff."

NCAA won't do anything unless they get pressured by real authority (FBI). The college sports world would probably collapse for 1-2 years if the FBI went full Mizzou on the NCAA.
