Win or lose this game against Northwestern, they are terrible. They are NOT a top 5 team. They would be at best #5 or 6 in the SEC.

I am afraid I may have to cheer for the Buckeyes next week to beat them.

I maintain that Iowa is just lucky. Not all that good.

I still want them to be undefeated. But it's looking like that luck is going to run out. If not today, then next week.

I agree they are not good but they've been playing with a fourth string running back and today were up 10-0 before their starting quarterback got injured. The back up is a redshirt freshman that had only thrown three passes prior today. He used to play football for a 3A high school team in Iowa. I'm thinking any team would struggle to win with him.

yeah losing the qb and the turnovers are hurting them.

Have they turned it over in the second half? I turned it over 4 times in the first half. They have only given up three points sense. That's crazy. I think the back up qb speaks volumes about how important the starting qb was. 10 points in the first quarter, 0 points since and now in the 4th. I don't like Iowa and I hope they lose. It's hard not to defend them today though because it's been fairly obvious losing their QB is why they are losing. Stanzi may have given Northwestern more points with poor turnovers but he would put up more points as well.

I haven't noticed if there has been anymore turnovers cause I keep switching to different games.

4th String RB and 2nd String True Freshmen QB have made them look esp. weak today.
They benefited from a weak conference and schedule.

I agree their strength of schedule is weak. Some how it's ranked 12th in the country. I have no clue...

Did anyone see Iowa's back up quarterback miss the wide open guy for a touchdown? The back up qb is why Iowa is about to lose barring a miracle.

4th and 2... here we go. I will be so happy if Iowa loses but sucks for them because Stanzi would have won this game.

Dang. Converted. If Iowa puts this thing into overtime I will not be happy.
