Is America Christophobic??

If, and that is a huge IF, he telling the entire story on what is HIS OWN web site, then this a bad thing for our government to do. I would guess that it was not as reported by the guy that makes his living off of these "revivals". He is a "preacher for profit".
He could be 100% legit but I smell greed.

after seeing the crap we had to do to get into Canada I think his story is a bit dramatic. And I don't quite buy the angle that it was done because they were coming to preach. In fact I don't buy it at all

and for him to "proclaim" that this is "God shutting the door on America", is strictly a ploy

I did a bit of research before posting his blog (so as to not be totally embarassed if he was some wild eyed fruitbasket) and I found that "preacher for profit" should be the least of your worries, and that coming from critics. He would be exactly the opposite of that.

Read his 'nine principles' of Christian revival.

What I don't understand and what remains unexplained is why US authorities would make such a u-turn. In any case whether he is a preacher for profit or not, that would have nothing to do with it.

Look, we have nearly 1,000 muslim imams preaching the most fundamental violent wahibist islam in the country and funded by Saudi Arabia at that, who has been spending $2b+ annually for thirty years to promote a worldwide islamic caliphate, it just seems the current US government has it's concerns misplaced.

Those wahibist teachings are nothing more than warfare, 4th generation warfare in which the imams exort their memebers in every gathering in America to have at least 5 children and the end result of what they teach is that; "my grandchildren will rule your grandchildren."

If this country is to survive then it will need a revival and what feedback I'm getting for Christians on this board for the most part leans toward lukewarm in my opinion and we both know what the Bible says about that.

of course it is. Like I said, we went to Canada and were told we needed work visas because of what we were doing and how many times we had been up there. First couple of times we got by with telling them we were going in for "meetings" but that eventually wore out. Can't see it being any different here.

While I appreciate you intencity. I have been through the "preaching" issue with the Mods before. This is not the place for shoving anything down someones throat.
I stated that if all is on the "up and up", then he should not have been prevented from entering the country. The fact that he is an evangelist can not be the real reason.

And, just so we are clear, I will worry about what temperature my relationship with Christ is. You worry about you big guy. You take things waaaay to far for a message board.
God Bless

A ploy for what purpose and what makes you say it is a ploy??

great read for the people that follow him on a web site....I fully expected him to just come out and ask for money to help him fight this "injustice"

I hope I am wrong about him and he is on the level....I just do not have the gut feeling that he is....sorry

Yes but Canadian policy shouldn't determine American policy and the people in question aren't even Canadian citizens.

BTW, what sort of meetings were you attending??

I didn't say it was the same but I've never had to enter the US with anything but a US passport so Canada was all I had to go on. I doubt they are too much different though

We were moving a distribution center and converting them to our software all in the same weekend. We met a few times over a few months up in Oakville. We were told that if you told them the purpose of the trip was "meetings" you could bypass the work visa requirements. It works until the same customs guy sees you coming back in with the same reason (not to mention the guy who had never been outside Ft Payne telling them the real purpose of the trip).

We had a group of 6 guys have to stay overnight in Buffalo because of crap from the Canucks.

Like I said I visited several other websites before posting.

I found zero evidence of what you suggest.

FWIW, I'm skeptical of all public religious promoters (especially islamic) but why did our authorities deny him entry when previously they had been doing so??

On what grounds was he denied entry and what exactly was the reason???

These are the questions to which I would like to have an answer.

He is like the guy who claims to be Jesus in Miami Florida who is a convicted drug pusher.

On what do you base that opinion??

Is the guy in Miami anything like Yaweh bin Yaweh??

here is what he says he was required to get

Temporary Religious Workers

doesn't seem unreasonable. The fact he was allowed in before really doesn't matter to his story.

And this makes me doubt his line about "These take
months and months to get – often never". It's clearly spelled out that

Important Note: It is very important for prospective employers to file the petition as soon as possible (but not more than 6 months before the proposed employment will begin) to provide adequate time for petition and subsequent visa processing.
I just think he's going all Griswold at Wally World for something that could have been taken care of if he'd done his homework.

Well taken.

Who draws the line on a message board, who draws that line, where is the line??

I give you this:

Speech at Upminster (“This is not the Time to be Mealy-Mouthed: Intervention is Destroying us”) | Margaret Thatcher Foundation

(Do you mean 'in tent city' or 'intensity?') :)

BTW, I'm not trying to shove anything down anyone's throat, I do question just why the man and his family would be denied entry and why would a 15 year old daughter need to be finger printed etc?
