Dude can play. 6'8, PF , 4 Star. I saw he was looking at Mizz State. Was wondering if we would try to bring him over here. We need some bigs.

I'm sure he will attempt. He is probably going to Mizzou or Georgetown.

I feel 100% confident we will try and get him here. I also agree we need an adequate big man. That being said we desperately need shooters. We have NO consistent outside shooting which explains Coach Zo's early recruiting interest.

I keep thinking the only reason he is interested in Missouri State is because he wants to stay close to home. What kind of relationship does he have with CCM?

Friend from Missouri was hoping to get CCM as head coach to insure Porter would play for theTigers. I have a really good feeling he will now be coming to UT. :dance2:

FWIW, ESPN recruiting is saying he has interest in us. Also, it was sad to see Kevin Ware's "None" status of his college commitment.

Getting Otto would be huge. Hopefully Hall steps up his game this next year as well though...

Missouri is searching for a coach. Georgetown is a long way from Sikeston, Missouri. Kansas has a passing interest, but there class is crowded. I'd say CM has a good chance to land Porter.

Looks like Georgetown signed another 6'8" power forward. The video I saw reminded me of a game like Isaiah Victor. Very athletic, smooth.

Pretty sure Richardson is coming this weekend.

"I think I'm probably going to visit Tennessee this coming weekend (April 8) or the weekend after that," Richardson said of his plan. "I don't have any other trips set up other than that right now."

Porter has only scheduled Georgetown and Kansas visits so far.
Guy landry juco (g/f) is also scheduled here April 22

This is great news!

And I just realized what my last post might've looked like. I was saying that finding something out about Otto today might've been wishful thinking. I have no idea what he's looking at doing in the future.
