Normally I just post these in the Reds thread but I thought everyone would get a kick out of the Reds lineup tonight. Absolutely stunning...

Having Patterson bat third might be the only thing worse than having him hit lead off.

The lineup pissed the baseball gods off so bad that they made it rain so Dusty will get another shot at it tomorrow.

I also have absolutely no clue why he wouldn't just bat Keppinger 1st, Freel 2nd, Hairston 3rd and Patterson 7th. Is there really a need to bury your best contact hitter?

After seeing this lineup, I am actually happy that the one game I was going to get to watch this week got rained on.

Patterson in the 3 slot is the dumbest thing I've seen in a major-league lineup in a long, long time. Baker must have known that the rain was coming, and he was just screwing with his team. Surely.

We should all be thankful to Mother Nature for allowing us to not see that in action. May he understand the sign from above and change the lineup for tomorrow.
