Pretty sure it's legit. Seen more than one story/video about it.

If Eric Berry is afraid of horses, I'm not going to be the one to tell him something's wrong!

Standing face to face with a horse (without a firearm) brings clarity to human insignificance. They are fairly large, powerful creatures. If you didn't grow up around a farm they will likely spook you.

He is absolutely terrified or horses, I forgot why but something happened in his childhood. As I heard it in an interview while he was at a training camp year ago.

Yeah, I grew up with them and are used to them. Whenever I've been around them with adults who aren't used to them they're always on edge. Horses usually aren't malicious but they are 1000 pounds and spook real easy so you have to be careful.

Anyone facing a horse for the first time will be scared, I can guarantee it. They are huge animals who if they really wanted to, could easily kill you.

Watch the video guys. It's funny. And it tells you exactly what happened in his childhood.

He was expecting my little pony and got The Walking Dead: Horses Gone Bad

A horse has a brain about the size of a golf ball or smaller. It depends on the breed. They are dumb as they come, that's why you don't trust them. They eat, crap and piss that's about it.

My biggest fear is being kicked by a horse. I always remember to never walk behind one...never!

I believe his fear of horses is real. But they obviously played it a bit over the top for comic effect.
